Creative Resilience: ✨ Regulation, Rest, Resistance ✨

How can we lean into creative practice when our nervous systems feel overwhelmed?

How does our nervous system state shape our relationship with creativity?

How can creative acts become a way of being vs. another item on a to-do list?

How might creativity itself become a form of resistance?

***

Creative Resilience explores these questions through a polyvagal-informed lens, weaving together nervous system regulation, expressive arts practices, ecology, and creative wellness. This course is designed to support creative people in cultivating resilience, agency, and gentleness in their creative lives… especially during challenging times.

In this 8-session course, we’ll explore creative practice as a stabilizing and nourishing force rather than something that requires effort or pressure. We’lllook at how nervous system states influence creativity and how small, embodied creative acts can help us shift out of states of stress and rumination and back into relationship with ourselves and the world.

***
