Recently completed work on the facade of Shank Charcuterie at 2352 St. Claude Ave in New Orleans. The awesome folks at Shank got a new facade.. just finishing up this piece.
Did the eyes at the studio and installed onsite with help of Shank co-owner Carolyn Kolbe while Master Butcher Kris Doll kept the meat coming.. I LOVE THIS PLACE for lunch, butcher and take- out.
Favorites: Meatballs, pulled pork, blood sausage, lamb...pork rinds..
