Laurel True/True Mosaics Studio and Partners In Health

I hope you will join me in supporting the work of Partners In Health, and the creation of mosaic artwork for new a hospital in Haiti.
Building on my experience creating public and community- based artwork over the last 20 years, I am launching into an exciting artistic partnership with an organization I have long admired - Partners In Health.
Partners in Health (PIH) is a non-profit public health organization dedicated to providing free and ongoing health care to patients living in poverty. PIH is currently in the process of responding to the healthcare crisis in Haiti by building a state-of-the-art teaching hospital in the town of Mirebalais. This hospital will be one of the largest in Haiti, serving hundreds of patients a day in one of Haiti's poorest regions.

I am raising funds for PIH to help incorporate artwork into Mirebalais Hospital.
As part of that I've been contracted by PIH to create several large- scale mosaic projects for the hospital. These projects will be created with the help of Haitian trades people and will include specific professional training so that Haitian team members may go on to create future projects.
